Sad news, everyone.

He's a solid back, and a strong contender for the captain of the Big 12 All-Name Team.

Today, Texas A&M announced his transfer.

Mister Jones is gone.

"Mister came to me and expressed a desire to withdraw from school due to personal reasons," said coach Mike Sherman in a statement. "I granted his request. He is a quality young man and we wish Mister and his family all the best."

Texas A&M has one of the nation's best 1-2 punches at running back in Cyrus Gray and Christine Michael, but it's sad we'll never get to see him smiling in the bright lights, coming through the stereo of fans listening to the game around the country.

On a serious note, he'll be a nice pickup wherever he ends transferring.

We all want to be big stars, but we've got different reasons for that.

Jones, a redshirt freshman this year, will find a new place to try and become a star. He's got the potential.
